Terms and Conditions – All Round Football Development

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by All Round Football Development, a football training academy based in the United Kingdom. By enrolling in or attending our sessions, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.
Enrollment and Registration
1.1. All participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must complete a registration form before attending any session.
1.2. Accurate medical and emergency contact details must be provided and kept up to date.
1.3. Participation is subject to space availability and confirmation by the academy.
2.
Fees and Payments
2.1. All fees must be paid in advance, either per term, monthly, or per session as agreed.
2.2. Payment methods accepted include [e.g. bank transfer, direct debit, online card payment].
2.3. Late payments may incur a fee or result in suspension from training until resolved.
2.4. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in section 7 (Cancellations & Refunds).
3.
Player Conduct & Expectations
3.1. Players must show respect to coaches, staff, other players, and facilities.
3.2. Repeated poor behaviour or misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal without a refund.
3.3. Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive and respectful environment.
4.
Academy Responsibilities
4.1. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and professional coaching environment.
4.2. All coaches are suitably qualified and DBS-checked.
4.3. We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our activities.
5.
Health & Safety
5.1. You must notify us of any medical condition or injury that may affect participation.
5.2. In case of emergency, we may administer basic first aid or call emergency services.
5.3. We are not liable for injuries sustained unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
6.
Media & Photography
6.1. We may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional use on our website, social media, or printed materials.
6.2. Consent for media use is requested during registration and can be withdrawn at any time by written notice.
7.
Cancellations & Refunds
7.1. If you cancel enrollment before the term/session starts, you may be eligible for a refund minus an admin fee.
7.2. No refunds are given for missed sessions unless due to serious injury or illness with supporting evidence.
7.3. If we cancel a session (e.g., due to weather or coach absence), we will reschedule or credit your account.
8.
Data Protection
8.1. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9.
Liability
9.1. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions.
9.2. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant term/session.

10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
