ARDF training programme
At ARFD, our training programme is designed to develop players holistically—focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental resilience. Each session is tailored to challenge players at their individual level while fostering teamwork and discipline. Our structured curriculum includes skill drills, game simulations, fitness conditioning, and positional training, ensuring players are well-prepared for competitive football. With a focus on progression and enjoyment, our programme builds a strong foundation for success both on and off the pitch, with clear pathways into Beacons FC and beyond.

Your Guide to Our Academy
Our training sessions take place every Saturday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at 123 Mayday Gardens, London SE3 8NP, the home of Beacons FC. We offer a welcoming, inclusive environment for both boys and girls between the ages of 6 to 11. Whether you’re new to football or looking to take your skills to the next level, our sessions are designed to support players of all abilities. Join us every Saturday to develop your skills, have fun, and be part of the ARFD community!
To take part in our training sessions, players will need:
Football boots (suitable for grass)
Shin pads (mandatory for safety)
Comfortable sportswear (weather-appropriate)
A water bottle (to stay hydrated)
All other equipment is provided by the coaching team.
We encourage all players to bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the game! If you have any questions about kit requirements, feel free to get in touch.
Our training sessions are affordable and accessible to ensure every child has the opportunity to play and develop. The cost is:

📅 £40 per month (discounted block booking)
